She is an experienced supply chain professional in all areas of supply, procurement, contracts, sourcing and resourcing, on time delivery, customer service, inventory planning and control, cost savings, strategic sourcing, vendor and client relationship building, and compliance for domestic and international organizations and clients.
She delivers with strong customer focus, attentive follow up, and consistent project completion, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving bottom line savings without affecting product quality or brand reputation.
Nancy has also worked with clients to recruit and place supply professionals in their internal teams, drawing on her supply chain background and service mindset across sectors such as oil and gas, natural resources, consumer products, retail, and the public sector.

Grace has successfully implemented two HRIS systems during her tenure, as well as human resource management strategies that enabled companies to attract, train, and retain a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Boris advises governments, businesses, nonprofits, and academic institutions on procurement planning, process optimization, and competitive purchasing, and is an experienced trainer who has developed and delivered courses on supply chain management while contributing to industry publications on emerging trends and challenges.
He has been recognized with numerous awards, including departmental and federal distinctions for his contributions to major infrastructure initiatives such as the Northumberland Strait Crossing Project.
